What is your cancellation policy?

You can email or call us for cancellations:

  • Full refund for cancellations requested 24 hrs before your booking starts

  • For cancellations less than 24 hrs before your booking starts, we will only charge you for the first day and refund the rest of your booking


What should I do if my bike breaks down during the ride?

Our bikes are serviced after every ride and checked before every booking to ensure they are up to the task. But no matter how rigorous the maintenance, mechanical breakdowns are sometimes inevitable to mountain biking.

Every one of our bikes is equipped with a trail side repair kit to get you going again; check out our pre-ride preparation section.


Am I eligible for the free bike delivery and collection service? 

We offer free bike delivery and collection if you are within our service zone. Check out the coverage map here.

If you're unsure whether you qualify, send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 


What time can you deliver and collect the bike?

We generally deliver and pick up bikes between 7pm and 11pm. If you require the bikes during any other time please get in touch with us or add a note in the booking.


What if I'm not eligible for the free bike delivery and collection service?

If your address is not within our coverage area, you can either nominate an address within the area for us to meet, or come pick up the bikes at our Bourke Street, Waterloo warehouse. The closest train station is Green Square.


What proof of ID do I need to provide? 

For security purposes, we ask that you provide us with a photo ID. That could be any one of the following:

  • Australian drivers license

  • International drivers license or ID card

  • Valid Passport
